Just Blows You Away

This here states perfectly the idiocy of how certain people “think.”

They can’t understand the concept that the atmosphere is heating due to human behavior and has been since the industrial revolution.

But they believe that somehow humans are changing the weather with tech aiming weather around at a whim.

Science is fake! Climate science is fake!

Oh but at the same time science would be used to create machines to aim bad weather around the globe…..

You idiots.

At the same time, medicine is some big conspiracy as well.

Before scientific advances in medicine, people did not live to 70. You were lucky to make it to the ancient age of 30. That’s not some convoluted conspiracy theory. Germs are real. Hand washing is science at work. Science is you breathing oxygen and remaining rooted to the ground via gravity. Science is understanding that you don’t lick dog poop like frosting without risking your life and why that is.

Now, I have one more day of work, and then I have things to do that involve science on the homestead.

Making jelly. Science.

Working on the garden- gathering fallen leaves to use as mulch over the garlic bed and as a filler in the raised beds. Science.

Procuring safe drinking water. Science.

Getting certain seeds ready for planting because certain seeds need certain conditions and a time frame for breaking seed dormancy in order to grow- SCIENCE

Understanding why any of these activities are important- Science.
