Indoor growing in winter in a tiny space.

A seed sprouter.

Clear, still air, chilly

One way to keep growing in the winter is to sprout seeds for salads, sandwiches, and stir-fry. You can make a device to sprout seeds for free, with a glass jar and a bit of cheesecloth and a rubber band. If done it that way in the past.

I got this one free (with purchase of some seeds) for the pre Black Friday sales.

It would be easy enough to grow my own seeds for this winter kitchen set up eventually. Kale, sunflower, and radish seeds are very easy to grow in big quantities. And I’m sure there are other seeds that I can easily grow for sprouting.
