Some of the onion seeds I planted last week are popping. The red ones aren’t, they are getting moldy so they may not be viable. Strange, since they were fresh enough according to the date on the package. But we will see.
I’ve started on pruning the fruit trees. They needed shaping badly. A couple have a terrible structure but I did the best I could and will work on it with summer pruning too. I just don’t want to take too much off at once. There were 4 that needed it. Three are still babies yet and don’t need it. I haven’t started on the wild apple in the woods yet.
