Here goes nothing-

45°F, rain, S 18 mph Wind, Winter storm Warning.

Attempting small loaves of bread in the small air fryer. I miss baking bread. I miss tasty bread. If it works, I’ll share the recipe. This isn’t sourdough but it’s a start.

It’s passable and certainly better than store bought. But I still need to tweak things to make it worthy of sharing the process.
