What herbal remedies to prep for?

I got off of work this morning and went strait to the urgent care in town this morning. It was a 3 hour wait just for the nurse practitioner to tell me what I already knew, that I had ear infections.

I get them almost yearly this time of year. Most of the time they go away on their own with some sweet oil and garlic. But this time it’s been close to two months of crackling and being uncomfortable. And the last few days it’s felt even worse so I bit the bullet and went in for antibiotics and steroids.

And it got me thinking, it’s one more herbal thing I need to prep for in case there is no getting to a Dr. since it’s something I have happen often enough, it makes sense to try to find alternative home grown medicine if there is no other choice. So I will be looking into this and adding what I need to for the herb garden.
