One of my favorite flowers.
I had a little energy today so decided to dig up a bit of ground before we are hit with an atmospheric river that’s on the way. Dug up, grass roots removed, soil amended and Iris roots that arrived yesterday planted. Added a wild lupine seedling because I still have a few trays of them so I plop them in wherever, and low growing flower seeds sprinkled, Sweet alyssum and viola.

Yes! It’s so hard not to over order! I only have so much time and energy to dig lol. But more are on the way.
